I know there was some discussion regarding extended warranty and I just wondered if anyone had done some research to find the best one available. I have heard that a person can purchase a policy direct from the company selling the policy and bypass the middle man (thereby saving quite a bit of money for the premium). Has anyone out there done that or done research. My one year warranty with CC is coming due soon and so I need to get serious about finding an extended warranty policy. Thank you for any help. I think a lot of people would be interested in that answer.
Additionally, why don't manufactures of motorhomes offer extended warranties like some auto makers do? Shouldn't they have the confidence in their products? At these price points would a few extra dollars to cover the premiums loose business?
Maybe all of the "NO's" on claims that I and others get would kill the good will most of us owners have for our coach builders.
(So... maybe I'm a little cynical when it comes to extended warranties.)
