Hello, Tires are made to weep the "built-in oils" to the outside, thus helping keep the rubber soft. If a sealent is placed on the outside it will stop this process.
One suggestion is to place a cover over the tires for UV (this will not help with ozone) and drive your coach as this activates the weeping of the oils = longer tire life.
Other idea, put a barrier between the tire & the ground at all times when not in motion... just the things I do.
