There is a state park on the west bank off of Business 90. Bayou Signet or something like that. Don't believe that it received much damage from Katrina. It is only about 20 minutes from the French Quarter. Now if you want to spend the big bucks, there is the French Quarter RV Resort that is located just off Canal Street and next to I-10.
