We recently stayed one week at the Zion River Resorts RV Park. It is a very nice park, but we are 42' long and were pulling an 18' trailer.
We had requested a pull-thru site and were given one, but upon checking in were told by the owner that we could pull into the site, but needed to back out of it because it was too tight to pull thru due to the narrow roads and grass and trees that we would run over....sort of defeats the purpose of the pull-thru! We also paid for four days of wifi service and learned that after our first day they were not charging for wifi and were offering free wifi. When we asked for a refund they refused! Not exactly good customer service if you ask me.
Upon leaving, we tried to back out, but really couldn't so we did go ahead and pull thru. The park is very nice, but the roads and sites are pretty small if you are a "big rig".

Guess we missed you...we were at the Zion River Resorts Park for 9 day until March 28. They weren't charging for Wi-Fi when we were there, but I had to be near the office to get signed in.
We had a few issues with the owner too and when pulling out, my toad (Chev 2500) jumped the curb a bit, but did no damage. I doubt I'd stay there again. I think we'll look for a place on the east side of the park, we can easily do Bryce and the other parks east of Zion.
