To All:
I plan on retiring in August and one of my biggest concerns is gaining a lot of weight and becoming flabby (perhaps flabbier). I spend about 4 days a week playing racquetball during lunch and walk quite a bit on the weekend.
Does anyone belong to a health club that is associated with a lot of other health clubs around the USA (and perhaps even Canada and Mexico)?
Thank you for your feedback.

Bally's is located (I think) across whole US-not sure about Canada.

Hi Art, We belong to Bally's and go to the gyms just about everywhere we go, Bally's will give you a list of gym locations. We are presently in Tucson, AZ and go to two of them here. You can also go to most any gym and pay a daily fee to exercise, in Junction City there is a small gym close to CC parking that's great. We've never had a problem anywhere we've traveled.

A guy that was parked near me recently used the YMCA. I don't know how they work, but he was going every day.
