We are traveling in the Carolina's and need to have the engine serviced. Knowing that not all Cummins centers are not created equal, is there anyone who can recommend a shop in the North or South Carolina area that does quality work? I have lots of experience with Cummins in the West and would be happy to share what I think are better shops there. One is a Detroit Diesel shop that does excellent work and I am not opposed to going to one of their shops in the East. Thanks for any feedback.

There is a Cummins dealership just off of route 40 in Greensboro, NC.
When I had an Intrigue I used them a couple of times and was always pleased with their work and how they treated me.
Can't remember them name, but I'm sure they are in the Cummins directory.

I don't have info on a Cummins shop in the East. However, I am looking for a shop in Northern Calif and if anyone has suggestions it would be appreciated.
thanks,

R Mechanic : in Livermore, Ca. (925) 294 - 9645 Ron Rae is the manager. If he's not able to help you, he'll rec. a reputable facility to contact.
They are an authorized CC shop and are excellent. However, because of their high customer satisfaction + word-of-mouth praise, are very busy.

The number of coaches awaiting service will boggle your mind.
I would suggest you have your CC list of Cummins dealers handy to bounce the names to help him help you. Ron is a straight shooter, honest, and reliable.

We have had warranty work done on our 2001 Intrigue at Cummins West, Inc. at 875 Riverside Parkway, West Sacramento. (916) 371-0630. These people are very nice, run a clean shop and answer all questions.
