My 50 amp service does not appear to be playing well with the other children :(.

When I plug into 50 amp service I get no power, if I then change to the 30 amp plug I get power. I also get power if I run the generator, but no power when I plug into the 50 amp service.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Make sure the 50 amp shore socket does not have an open neutral. If it does, the surgeguard will not allow power to the coach. If everything works on 30 amp and the generator, the 50 amp source is suspect.

Did you check the outlet for voltage and polarity? Do you have a surge protector? Does it show a problem light or indicator?

Wish it was something at the park, but we first experienced the problem at another park that we stayed at the night before. Looks like the problem is on my end L

If there were no external power, that would be a prime suspect. But with 30 amp working, I am thinking either the SurgeGard or the power management system.

FWIW. I recently parked at a COE camp ground with 50amp hook ups. I plugged in and had less than 100 volts. I looked at the post..they had 20, 30 and 50 amp plugs. All the breakers were in the "ON" position. I turned off the 20 and 30 amp breakers and the voltage in my moho came up to 116 volts. Everything then worked fine.
