Windshield washer no longer works. Fluid tank is half full. The washer and the wipers operate via the same fuse and the fuse is in good condition. Any thoughts how to diagnose this problem.

Disconnect the wire from the washer pump and put a meter/light between it and ground. Operate the washer; if you get voltage, you have a water problem, if not, you have an electrical problem.
For water problems, reconnect the wire and disconnect the hose from the output of the pump. Operate the washer; if water shoots out your pump is ok, if not, the pump is probably bad or the input is clogged.
If the pump is ok, reconnect the hose and disconnect it from the wiper arm. Operate the washer; if water shoots out your wiper arm is clogged. If not, you have a crushed or holed hose between there and the wiper arm.

I had this problem and found a hole in the delivery hose. I could hear the pump running inside the tank. After several attemps, I saw fluid dripping on the driveway in the front part of the coach.
Located the leak, repaired and it's been good ever since. Good luck.
