NEED SOMEONE'S HELP ON HOW TO PROGRAM THE AMPS FROM STORAGE 15AMPS TO OVER THE ROAD TO 30AMPS. PROSINE INVERTER/CHARGER ACS.

Hi Vic- If I understand your question correctly all you have to do is reset the amps to 30 on your silverleaf. Go to the settings screen and scroll down to the amps and push the button to highlight the 15 amps and then turn the knob clockwise to 30. That's all there is to it.
