Don,
I am somewhat new to Country Coach and the second owner of a 05 Inspire #51399 and had the exact same problem with the "Toll" window. I appealed to the Country Coach Warranty Person "Andy" and after some six weeks it was replaced at the CC Dealer in Lynnwood, Wa. My understanding was that the Coach was originally purchased in late 04' I have now determined that another window on the drivers side is also fogged but they are now declining to take responsiblity for it.
Country Coach also replaced a radiator (I'm sure at considerable expense) but I believe they got the original manufacturer to spring for it. I do feel that they have tried to be fair with me.

Do any of you that have replaced the antisiphon valve on the black/gray water flush remember the part number and how much it cost?
Also where did you get it? I just got off the phone with CC parts and the person I spoke to did was not familiar with the part and could not find a reference to it. I think they are still looking for it, but a part number may help.
If you got it from CC, did they have it in stock or did you have to wait long to get it?
Thanks for the help
Kevin

IMHO I think the problem is clear.
Having spent 30 years in automotive one thing has always proven to be true; If some products fail regularly and other seemingly identical from the same general process don't fail the problem is, 100% of the time, a lack of consistent quality control unless it is clear that type of use caused the problem. When it is as widespread as this is and many of the failures are from the type of use as the non-failures then it is more than apparent that quality control is the issue.
SiGi, in a large part owned by CC and Monaco, has a captive RV market and until they run into a real quality competitor they will not spend the $$$ to fix it.
The problem has existed for more than 10 years and they keep selling windows with no fix. Why spend on fixing if they keep selling.

Sorry, I must have clicked on the wrong message. This was supposed to be in reply to the SeGi message and of course has nothing to do with Black Water Flusy.
Again, sorry,

Has anyone had any luck getting their foggy windows covered under their vehicle or other service plan like Good Sam CSP?
