To anyone at ODR Agunaga,

I am still in Bakerfield and tring to get to ODR in Aguanga. I am planning to leave on Wednesday. If there is anyone who has information that we should not head in that direction plaese let me know.
I called the office and the person I spoke with (who I will not name) was of no help.

Thank you in advance

Jock -

I image the air will be difficult to breathe, visibility poor, judging from the news - Never thought Bakersfield would be more enjoyable than Southern California.

I evacuated from Escondido yesterday (Wednesday) and went up I-15 to 79 and out by ODR Agunaga, then cut over on 371 to 74 and down the hill to our place ODR MCC. Yesterday it was windy going across 79 in the Agunaga area however the skys/air was clear.
I can not comment on travel between Bakersfield and Agunaga but once there you should not have problems. Winds are dying down some. These highways are on a minute by minute status for closure. Check ahead on the CalTrans site for updates or call them. Phone lines have been a little busy lately for obvious reasons.
