.I' am lost for words on what systems have to be made ready of which would be difficult for the poor RV dealer...... Major systems made ready ? hummmmm What, fill a water tank ? Start the frig. ? The pre delivery survey would or could solve 75% of the headaches the buyer addresses the first month of ownership. Think of all the little problems found a year from 1st day of ownership. This forum is littered with oh my god, I can't believe the factory did this like that.
Another item not written about yet would be buying used from a dealer/private sale. Pre purchase discloser. This covers items known to be defective prior to inspection. This discloser somewhat protects the sale as buyer becomes fully aware of a known issue with the coach.
I strongly believe the positive fully out way anything poor dealer had to make ready just to sell it.
Take your best shot ! Who's side are you on ? AL

Thanks for all the info on the fuse whereabouts.
Ours was outside front compartment. We will be going in to repair shop here in Shreveport Monday.
