I've encountered an interesting problem. Windshield wiper switch malfunctioned. Called CC and ordered the replacement part.

CC part # 14442

OEM part # A&M Equipment 311-1006

Installed, works but wipers won't park. Works fine with only one motor connected but not with 2. Called OEM and their tech said switch was designed for 1 motor. The difference is the old sw put 12V on the park terminal when sw is off, the new one doesn't. It holds the voltage on the low speed until park voltage feedback is 0.
I have several solutions and plan on contacting CC. Anyone else encounter this problem? Any suggestions. If anyone is interested I'll share my initial thoughts on how I'm going to resolve the problem. I have a short term fix in place for now so I can use the wipers, It's raining in FL.

ygrps-yiv-1794846244 v0003a* {} ygrps-yiv-1794846244 v0003a* { } Yes I had the same trouble but I installed the original switch and put 1 motor on each . Now if your co-pilot is not there you only need to run one wiper I use rain-x on the windows so its not to bad leaving the passenger side not running
