My sister and her husband have a 98 Intrigue. The entry steps were stuck in the out position. I read all the comments on your forum as she does not have internet or a computer. I took the plate off the bottom, checked the wires, took a hammer to the plastic square (whatever it is). I also took a hammer to the silver casing, took WD- 40, cleaned everything up. Viola-----The stairs worked. Don't really know what I did but the guys on the forum said to do this. IT WORKS! Thanks for all the help and information. You guys are great. Jim
