I Just went to move my coach to prepare for another trip and found that I couldn't go into gear the shift selector went from nn to DN I called frieghtliner and the had me do some tests and then told me the coach would have to be towed at their expense and fixed at a frieghtliner dealer, so there it sits now for 4 weeks they still haven't found the problem but tell me that the trans has a bad ground and they have to find it. I am calling them in the morning to find out whats happening since i had to cancel my thanksgiving trip and now may have to cancel my decmber trip. has anyone had this happen to them and what was the fix so i can tell these so called specialists at frightliner here in Long Island.

Rich,
I don't know the coach you have, my son found that CC used to T-Tap the ground wire for the trans in the trans harness in the driver side front bay. We had to cut away all the tape in-order to expose the wires. About 10 inches up inside the harness is where we found the bad connection. Repaired and all was well.
