I have a 2000 Affinity that doesn't have the newer chromed rear view side mirrors and wonder if anyone has ever had their's chromed rather than replacing with new ones. Jim Packard

Hi Jim,

If you look carefully you'll find the mirrors are made of a plastic material, not metal. The chromed one's are also plastic. Your only practical choice would be to replace or exchange them. I have a 2000 Intruge and I exchanged mine for the full length mirrors with long arms, and the small wide angle mirror attached to the top. In order to accomplish this, REMCO had to make a special casting for the Country Coach, which is now available. I have been very pleased with the result, however, it was expensive. If you're interested in a quote, you might contact REMCO at (800)321-4819. Hope this is of some help....Denny
