SEVIERVILLE - Despite some last-minute objections, the ban on recreational vehicles spending the night in the Wal-Mart Supercenter parking lot starts this weekend. This article can be seen completly here

Maybe its time we start sending complaints to the city of Sevierville, TN.

I support their decision. We live at Myrtle Beach and our Wall Mart also prohibits overnite parking and for good reasons. It is one mile from the ocean and before they put up the signs the lot had as many as 30 RVs over night, it was like a camp ground and people stayed for a week at a time. Many times RVers abuse the parking that Wall Mart allows especially in resort areas. And the signs don't work.

There are still at least 5 or 6 RVs there over night and they always like to park along the pond in front of the store. Sometimes RVers can't read either.
