There is a nice facility about 3 miles from my home, just south of Puyallup, which is southeast of Tacoma about 10 miles. I don't have the name handy, but can get it for you if you want. It is well secured, covered, with electricity available as well. First rate in my opinion.

When I park it in the garage for the winter, I drain the moisture from the system tanks. I store with the air ride system lowered but the entire air system is fully charged. In the spring I pump up the system to full operating pressure as it is usually down slightly, (mainly from me steping on the brake pedal when I go out to start the engine) - then I drain all tanks again, but never get much moisture, if any, coming out, so I doubt it makes any difference if the system is full of air or not. I only lower the air ride all the way down because my door height is 11' 10" when fully open and I need to do that to get the coach into and out of the garage...Otherwise I would not lower the air ride for storage myself. IMO it doesn't make any difference.

Rod,

My sister and husband stored their Beaver for a few years at the location I have attached. I know they have some covered sites and 30 amp power.

Hope this helps

My sister said you could use Herb Zimmer by brother-in-law as a reference. They are no longer with a RV. Last stored first part 2009.
