I just got my coach back from Cummins Power Systems. They did two things, which may have caused the problem, all I know is that it worked when I dropped it off it worked and now it doesn't.
They (Cummins Power Systems) did their Champagne 0713-Engine Protection Sensor Update-ISLCM850 and the Onan side replaced a Generator shaft and bearings which required the removal from the coach - Generator would shake and rattle off the test bench.

Now I live 3 hours from the nearest CC Repair shop and the Cummins Power Systems shop that did the work-I think they would direct me back to CC anyway so I'm trying to fix this on my own.

When I hook up the Tow Cable to my Jeep Liberty (Toad) none of the lights work (worked prior). Since nothing works (Turn Signals/brake lights/tail lights) I figured something was not connected on the tow cable fuse panel, but all i could find is on Page House 3.19 of the Owner's guide. I could not find the Electrical Systems Schematics for this. Looking at Figure 3.15 on Page House 3.19 of the Owner's guide my board has NO connections maded to the right side (TB2???) of the board-left side all connections used.

When I picked the coach up both the house and chassis battery disconnect were off. Reset an all seemed ok except the above.

Any help out there?????

Thanks,

Terry Bradley

Have you turned on a turn signal light on the coach and used a volt meter or test light to see if there is current from the pins in the coach side connector?

That will tell you if the problem is on the coach side or on the jeep.

If you need to identify the correct ground pin, there are several diagrams on the internet that will display the various type of connector wiring.

I assume from your description that when the toad electical hookup is made, only the Jeep lights do not work?

The weakest link in the system is the connectors. I had a similar problem. I bought a can of contact clearer from Kragen Auto. I sprayed the plug and receptacle and everything came back to life.

Had a problem with my toad running light not working when conected to MH. After a couple of hours of TS, i located the "Towing Board" under the drawers in the bedroom. There are several fuses (maybe six) under there and I had one that blew. Replaced fuse and all is OK now.
