Hello I recently purchased a 24 by 50 storage condo in the Portland Oregon area and would like to lease it out by the year. It is located right off Interstate 84 at the 207th exit. Very large double sized condo. 4 foot wide door, and large automatic door, 30 amp power inside, trailer dump and air on site. Gated facility with the developer on site.
