Liberty Harbor RV Park in Jersey City, NJ. See the Statue of Liberty from there, subway to WTC area is just 4-5 blocks away, a few hundred feet to the water taxi.

It is not a high class park, but super convenient. RV Caravans use it too for the convenience.
