Title: Generator Output-Not reaching the surge protector

We had a power failure on the coast and attempted to switch over to our 8,000 KW Onan Generator. It starts ok but no power to the surge protector. Tried reseting the obvious breakers. Does anyone know where the breakers are on the generator itself? Shore power has come back on and everything in the coach is normal on 50AMPS. Thanks for your help. John

Ignore the problem, Country Coach technical support called back and solved it. The generator does not go through the surge protector.
The reset is the switch marked 35 amps external. Reset it and waited a couple of minutes and everything is working fine again. Looking for red lights on the surge protector was not the answer, they don't show when the generator is working. John
