Title: Fog lights will not come on

My fog lights have not worked for several years. Now with my headlights getting darker I would like to get the fog lights back on line. Checked the wiring to see if there is power but no power.
Everything else 12volts works so what is going on?

Thanks,

Egon

My dumb question - do you have your headlights on when you try the fogs?

Egon,

I have a 97 Allure and had problems with the fog lights, no matter what I did they would not come on. I bought two new ones from NW RV Supply in Eugene OR for $8.00 each and replaced them and they work like new. The headlights are from a Ford Truck up to 1991. I bought new ones on EBAY for about $75.00 ea.

Yep, have tried it both ways.

Jack,

Did you buy the headlamp chrome bezel or the whole assembly on E-Bay for $75. You said it is a new part. How close is it to the original? Do you remember the source? Do you happen to know if it is the same part for my 98 Allure!? My chrome bezels are looking a little dull and crazed. It's time to renew. Bright new chrome really makes a coach sparkle.

They were new parts complete with the chrome bezel. I don't remember
the supplier but if you go to ebay you can find them. I believe the same headlight was used through 2002. 1991 Ford Pickup headlights are the correct ones.
