They are from PIAA. Sorry for the delay, I got called away from the keyboard before posting this morning, and just now got back. Lots of PIAA web sellers carry them. The driving lights are a major improvement, as now I really do have high beams! I believe they are PIAA model 940 as it's been a couple of years since I installed them. They come with a complete wiring harness and relays. I wired mine so they are both controlled by the existing fog light switch on the console and with the dimmer switch. High Beams and Fog "ON" turns on the driving lamps, Low Beams and Fog turns "ON" the Fog lamps. This way I didn't need an extra dash switch.

Installation was not bad, as they fit the existing cutout without any modification. They do not, however, just bolt in. The angle iron bracket I made was required to mount to the existing brackets. The "slot" in the bracket allows for adjustment.

Also, the construction quality is outstanding. The housing is a rustproof material, unlike the originals which were rusted through.
They are not cheap, around $175 for the kit a few years back. In my opinion worth every cent.
