Here is an article from the RV Consumers Group, about an interesting article on their website. It is titled "Humpty Dumpty on RV
Wall." But, it is a story about the RV manufacturers which have gone out of
business during the last couple years. If you would like to read it, go to the
following website:

It appears to be the first of several such articles.

This is an interesting link because I was at a large RV dealership in Southern California where a saleman told us Country Coach was in trouble financialy and was expected to fold in a month or two.
Anyone heard anything similar? or was this just a pitch to ply me away from a CC product?

Bryant Riley, the major investor has been at the Class Reunion and spoke to the group to address his future plans. He assured us that he was in it for the long run and this is just a temporary bump in the road. It was my pleasure to have an opportunity to speak with him and his team on the future of CC. CC is in a much better position then the larger companies. There will be more adjustments in staffing if it becomes necessary. Right now the sales people are getting major spiffs to sell competing products, this is why they woud steer you in another direction. Fleetwood and Monaco for two are in worse shape then CC. If you ar considering a coach pruchase this is a buyers marked with CC only you will get the saving insted of the salesman geting extra$$.
