Closing out of CC LLC

Does anyone know what happens to all the documents, drawings etc of all the coach's if no one bids on the entire CC remains.
Before all the coach construction documentation went to the land fill, if that was to happen, would be great if CCI could get the data.

Several members of the group have suggested buying CC, but IMHO that is not a viable option...
However, we could form a group and buy CC's "intellectual properties" such as blueprints, build info, service info, parts info, etc. and make it available via CCI, this forum, or set up a CC info website...

Rumor has it that all the historical( drawings, parts lists, etc) info went into a dumpster and that company computers were placed on pallets and set out in the rain.

For what it's worth I just got my toolbox out of building #2 where service was and all the computers are secured in a room, and all the other info are still located in there buildings.

Hi Richard,

All you described will become part of the chapter 7 auction. Who ever bids the right to ownership of the CC name, copy rights, patents, etc will own them. When National RV was auctioned, Monaco Coach purchased theirs and is using their slide within a slide technology.
