Stan, you can purchase solid metal extensions. Got mine at NAPA.

Tire valve extensions -- Which are the best

I just recently had my dually valve stems replaced with the Dually Valve kit from Borg Tire Supply. I wanted to stay away from any type of valve 'extensions' to minimize potential air leaks. They recommend kit DL4AC for Country Coaches. It sure going to make checking air a whole lot easier. You'll just have to decide whether having the tires dismounted and remounted, plus the cost of the kit, is worth it to you. Of course if your anticipating having your tires replaced soon, that's the ideal time to do it. Here's their web site if you'd like to check them out.

Wow! $120 for what are essentially free valve stems from your local truck tire dealer.
