Unauthorized Credit Card Use??

I just had my credit card used to fuel up someone truck or RV, I had several charges of large amts of fuel or gas.
I wondered if anyone had used Flying J at Latta, SC(recently) and have had any of the same results. I am not placing the blame on anyone, but that is where I fueled up the last of December... my card was used on the 20th of Jan at Manning, SC and again at Dixie something at Whitakers, NC both along I-95. It was also used again at Jamacia, NY and Jacksonville, Fl., At Jacksonville it was denied for some reason, that was for 147.50 supposed to be fuel.. That is when they notified me about the Card. I use Penfed Visa...
I was just trying to figure out how my card # got out...Of course it has been canceled now., have to wait for a new one...
My advice is to keep a close eye on your Credit Card., Marvin, 07 Allure, #31459
