Kudos to Country Boys

In route to Newport, OR for the CAT RV CLUB Rally we had a hydraulic line failure on our HWH slide system (this failure has been discussed before . . . if you have this set-up and want more details check the file archives on the problem or email me off group).

I have been using the Country Boys RV Services email/phone 'Tech HelpLine' for over a year, so I emailed them about our problem. After a few email exchanges, we set up a rendezvous point at a campground near Eugene, right on our route to Newport. Doug and Dale appeared at 9 AM as promised.

These guys really know the guts of our Country Coaches! They quickly assessed the problem points (there are many hoses in the system), went off to their supplier for custom made hoses for our coach, were back in an hour and replaced the failed, and questionable hoses. In the process they had to disassemble much of the interior woodwork on one slide, I was amazed by how fast they worked.

By 1 PM the bill was paid and we were on our way. They were knowledgeable, fast, clean, and friendly. I felt the bill was very reasonable.
