PTO "Wet " kit source

I need to upgrade my Chelsea-Parker (CP) PTO to a "wet" unit and would like to know of a local (Florida) distributor. I called CP Tech Support and they gave me several numbers for Tampa and Ft. Myers. I also went on CP's web site and found several distributors. When I called the distributors and talked with sales staff, they said they would have to call CP because they were not familiar with part #328591-141X. I found the part on the web at JR Davis in Oregon for $421 + SH but would like to order closer to home if the price is comparable.

Why? At least with JD you're dealing with someone that known what he's talking about.

J.D. has a great deal of experience with the wet kits, more than most. Go with him nothing is to far with UPS and FedEx.

Walt:

There is a link in the PTO101a document that takes you to a page to locate Chelsea dealers. Shop around using that. JD's price is very good/competitive and will answer questions.

I got my wet kit from JD and called him a couple of times for information and he was great. I had a machine shop help me with part of the shaft and seal installation and he was able to furnish me with info that they understood. Its not how far the supplier is from you. Its how they follow up that counts.
