Auxiliary Boost

I have a 2008 Allure CP 470 #31663

I have a couple of questions:

Where is the device (relay) that activates (engages ) the battery boost. My Coach and house batteries are running down together. That relay seems to be stuck in a closed position
In the engine battery compartmemt, rear right side, there is a rotary switch, If turned off will this prevent the engine battery from discharging in an overnight situation.
