countertops

Does anyone have ideas on how to remove spots on vanity and counter tops? Our tops appear to be some sort of plastic. Maybe Corian but it dosen't look like Corian. The stains are white spots taht we cannot remove. Have tried various soft cleaners, wax, goofoff. Nothing seems to work. Ideas?

could the white spots be bleach?

found this online, haven't tried it.

Use liquid silver polish, tarn-x. Will take it out in seconds.
