12 VDC fuse panel

I have a 1990 Sedona 36. I can't find a 12v fuse panel anywhere? I have looked under seats, in storage compartments, engine area and up front to.
My main problem is no power to drivers elect seat.

On my 04 the fuse is tie wrapped up under the seat. I found on mine that as I turned the seat 90% the power wire with the fuse holder in it was pulled to tight. I had to reroute the wire. When I replaced the damaged fuse holder it gave me a little extra wire.

Good Morning

If I am parked for a few more months - would u folks recommend turning off chassis battery? I have heard opinions both ways - to leave it on and others say its imperative to turn off -- I have heard I should even turn off chassis battery when I parked one night --- suggestions/opinions??
thanks all
