Good Sam Rally

Is anybody considering or going to the Good Sam Rally in Phoenix. 3/22-25, 2012? I have a couple of friends that were talking about going, but we just went to the one in Redmond and I don't imagine it or the information will be much different.

Hello Jan,

The one in Redmond was pretty good. The entertainment was good. The first night no name band was better than the main night concert with Peter Noon.
We found it extremely informative. I bought my coach used without manuals so I went to the Hydrohot/Aguahot class, the tire pressure monitor class, the tire wear/date class, Coach maintenance class, Coach cleaning class, and several others.
Any and everything you would ever want to purchase for your RV was there and could be installed.
Somebody left me a note saying they had serviced my roadmaster tow bar for free. A rep from Girard came by and adjusted all of my awnings as well as my anomometer and wouldn't take any payment.
We paid for a 30 amp service spot but we were lucky to be able to run an air conditioner during the day on their power. The voltage kept dropping down to 80VAC and cutting off. We were glad to have our solar panels.

Hello Everyone.

Just got home from the Good Sam Rally. Enjoyed meeting Stan and Brenda. Didn't check the group site while I was there or I would have made sure to visit the others that said they were there.
I love the GPS when you says you are crossing the state border. Don't need that when you cross back into California because the roads are horrible and you can tell without it.
Washed my coach this morning and found a scrape on the air intake duct on the right side. Have no idea how that got there.
Met a couple from Canada on the way with an 08 Intrigue 12221 layed out like ours different paint scheme. He had the radiator problem and a steer problem only has 17K miles on his.
Saw a couple with a dolly pull out of an RV park and turn the fender of the dolly hit the side of the car and the back of the dolly hit the bottom of the car. Didn't sound or look good. Wish I was in my toad, I would of chased them down and told them before they did more damage. Glad I don't have a dolly.
I found a name and partial address and phone number for the sun shade that snaps onto the front of the coach that Stan asked for.
