Remove the shower head and take out the blue plastic water saver screen that is sitting in the inlet pipe.

My 2004 Allure has a flow restrictor in line of the shower hose. It is on the hose end away from the hand held shower head. Remove the hose from the restrictor and then remove the restrictor from the water supply. Then re attach the hose to the fitting. One pair of taped pliers or crescent wrench and two minutes is all it takes.
I remove mine when on the pump and replace it when on higher pressure city water.

Good luck.

Sorry, I should have added this.

While the flow restrictor is out, soak it in white vinegar for a couple of hours. That eliminated much of the scale build up on mine and brought the restriction down to a more acceptable level.

Sometimes I turn on the water pump--it overrides the city water and is usually more pressure.
