1200 MorCold Frig water leak

Good morning all....

I have had the upgrade and I have the ice maker turned off.
I'm experiencing a minor water leak every few days. I followed the leak up to the 'fins' (I think that's what they are called) that look like they are sweating. I have emptied the catch tray. I have the temp set at 7.
I have had the coach now for 3 1/2 years and this has never happed before. Do I just need to empty the tray on a regular basis or is there something wrong with the frig?

Mike - There is a catch tray under the fins. On the extreme left in back on that tray is a drain exit that connects to a hose (push on connection) that runs through the cold pack then down to a small plastic evaporator tray. If this hose gets blocked or is disconnected you'll have a water leak. At the very end of the hose is a small orifice which can also get blocked. The tray (assuming the drain hose is proper) will drain as required when the frig goes into its defrost cycle. You can put a small wonton soup container under the tray (back left) to catch the drips and drain that periodically until you have time to disassemble things, inspect and repair. You need to open both doors and remove the retainer strips on both sides of the frig to slide out the gratings. If I remember correctly, the top grating needs to be removed before the white plastic drip pan can be slid out.

I had a similar problem a couple of years ago. It was the drain tube on the right side of the drip tray. Outside in the refer compartment you will find a small plastic hose that the water will drain down and to the bottom of the outside compartment. On the very end of this plastic hose you will see a plug that can be removed. The plug has two very small hole in it and mine had become plugged.
I took a can of cleaning duster spray can used to dust computers and such. After cleaning the plug and using the spray can with nozzle, I sprayed into the drain hole on the drip tray to clear anything else in the hose. Have not had any issues since.
