Smartire Setting

I have my Smartire set up on the 3 axle coach, but I have a single axle car trailer and the screen setup only allows for a 2 axle car or trailer. My solution was to put the 2 spare sensors in the trailers spare wheel so they were in sight of the system as well, The trailer wheels are all set at 60 psi, but I keep getting warnings of -11 psi on the trailer spare wheel sensors but a reading of 58 psi so the alarm should not be happening. Is this something to do with the fact that the wheel is not moving? Any suggestions?

Micheal Your guess is correct---the sensors are activated by wheel movement. That's why you can get 7 or more years out of the sensor batteries. I think the only thing you could do is put the 2 extra sensors in the trailer wheels . That would give 2 sensors in the wheel, but they would be activated. Mount them opposite of each other, 180 degrees apart, for balancing purposes.
