If the park we are staying in "feels" safe, we leave our door unlocked so someone would have a better chance to rescue our dogs if needed. We also have the "Pets Inside" sticker next to our door. However, our Goldens are usually with us when we leave our motorhome when traveling, unless it's too hot. We usually turn off our Norcold fire hazard when we're gone to reduce the chance of a fire. As far as our stickhouse, we don't have neighbors so theirs not much we can do. We are both retired, so one of us is usually home.

Have someone hands-on babysit your pets or take them with you.
In the event of AC failure on a hot day, nobody outside the RV will know it has failed...
In the event of fire, nobody will get or find your pets, especially the cat (they hide). There will be no time anyway once your coach's fire is discovered. I assume your pets will not be in crates, which will make them impossible to find quickly, assuming they have survived to that point. Your ceiling will have become a broiler and a person would have to be insane to go into that RV even to save another person, much less somebody's pets.
Perhaps you need to see one of these RV fires to understand how impossible your planning advice has been so far. The Devil could not do more deadly damage as quickly as your RV fire.
Plan? Get rid of all possibility of fire (see fridge fires) or AC failure or have someone hands-on babysit the pets.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We will be getting a pet alert sign and also consider leaving a key with park staff or nearby coaches in the future. Our main concern has always been a fire given we have a Norcold unit and on this issue besides the recalls we have installed a fire suppression system that is designed to put out any fire before it spreads. Thanks again and safe travels to all.
