Fuel and oil in a C9 Cat

Has anyone use any of these in the fuel or oil. I also have a 06 Ford with a 6.0 and this stuff is the best thing since sliced bread, they have the Hydraulic Electronic Unit Injector system (HEUI) they shear the oil also max is 5000mi http://www.evergreenamerica.com/store/index.php?route=product/category&path=57 Fuel

Based on what their claims? It is another Amsoil. If you like it then use it. There are numerous products like this in the market. It does not fix the root issue. They may and I say may mask the issue, but...
