Radiators, Auto Cooling Radiators, CAC's - Lessons 101?

OK all of you CC owners that know things:)! I've learned so much from all of you sharing your knowledge on so many fronts. Seeing Stan Canaris's recent radiator problems, I realized I have no real grasp on the different kinds of radiators involved on mine and others coaches.
I was wondering if a Radiator 101 series of pictures, liked the PT 101, would be a nice addition to the board's growing documents and pictures?
When Stan described how his 2005 Inspire with CAT C9 had an aluminum radiator, and then also an 'interconnected' cooling cycle for the transmission. I realized I did not know if my 2004 Allure with ISL370 non aluminum radiator also had an 'interconnected' cooling cycle with the engine cooling system? I can see another smaller radiator besides the engine radiator. I had always assumed that this was either a trans or oil cooler, but I don't know which? If not trans, then does my engine radiator also cool off my transmission? Or, should I ask do all DP's have cooling systems for their transmissions, or just some?
Finally, I've heard of problems with the CAC's sometimes causing problems on some coaches. I thought these were Air-to-Air exchangers, but admit I don't know that for sure. Some seem to 'split' is how I think they were described. And on other boards I've read to watch for leaks in the hoses to/from the CAC's.
I've done some searching on this board, and found some isolated pictures and threads on radiators. I was wondering it some 'high level' pictures and 'things to know' about the major differences between all of these radiators would be good aid for CC group down the road? Or, it is possible that their are just way too many variables involved?
Any thoughts on if this is a good venture to try to have the members chip into and provide pictures and comments? Again sort of like the PT 101, or all of the shots and help on the cooling fan controls.
Thanks,
Smitty
