20 Mule Team Borax does it again!

I suspect we all know the multiple cleaning agent uses for 20 Mule Team Borax. Here are a couple of RVer applications.

If ant hills are sharing your campsite, lightly dust Borax around your wheels, sewer hose, power cord. It's toxic to ants. They carry it back to the nest to digest.

If your internal gray/black tank sensors are cruded up and give false readings add 2/3 cup of the powder to each, it dissolves easily in water. Do it when the tank is emptied and you're starting a days drive. Add 5 gallons of water and the borax. The water softening/cleaning agitation action as you go down the road should clean the sensor surfaces.

Works for me.

Thanks, Z-Man! Our coach is sitting on our blacktopped driveway right now, and I hadn't even thought of ants which we certainly have! We're going to buy the 20 Mule Team Borax (which made me think of how hot it is right now for the folks and animals and birds and plants too (Might as well get as many in as I can!) in the southwest!

I bet you're enjoying Branson and your home there. Thanks again.

Hi Mary and Mike. We're loving Branson but right now are up on the Iron Range. We'll be at Lebanon Campground (a Dakota Country Park) near Eagan and Apple Valley next week. Stop by!
And why not come to our CCI Rally in Branson the first week in November. It will be grand!!!
