Leaking water from filler hose

Leaking water from filler hose

Water leaks out of our filler hose when we are using water from our storage tank. It appears that the water pump forces water out through the hose even with a cutoff valve on the end of the hose!
Our coach has the auto-fill.and worked fine till last week. Any ideas?
