your best bet is Valencia Travel Village http://www.valenciatravelvillagellc.com/ We stayed there for a couple weeks last spring. Relatively convenient place to stay, good amenities and reasonably priced. We'll stay there again next time we are in LA. Easiest shot down to Glendale/Burbank
