2003 Intrigue 42 ft tag axle staying in up position

Getting ready to take our coach in for the annual service.

Recently my wife leveled the coach with the tag up not sure it made any difference but after that, the tag axle wants to stay up you cannot lower it manually. But when you stop and level the coach the tag stays down. But when you leave it goes back to the up position?

Any ideas
