Greetings All,

Any recommendations for TPMS?

I currently have a SilverLeaf VMS 240 CL on board, should I integrate the TPMS or use a stand alone unit.
2006 Inspire 40', no toad yet but will be adding one so I want the flexibility to put it on the system when I get one.
Thanks
George

I have a 08 Intrigue and I wanted to use my Pressure Pro System that I had with my Inspire. Pressure Pro is capable of being displayed on the dash VMS 240 .  I got some help from SilverLeaf as to software update and advice on what type of connection device I would need to link to the SilverLeaf so it could receive the input from both the toad and the motorhome.

I purchased a PressurePro 14-position system for my 2003 Itasca Horizon & 2011 Escape dinghy. When I upgraded to my 2002 Magna, all I needed to do was purchase an additional two sending units for the tag axle. The PressurePro will integrate with my Silverleaf VMS 200 EL with a Silverleaf software upgrade.
Though the PressurePro sensors do not have replaceable batteries, all but one have lasted four years, so far, and the replacements are reasonably-priced.
An advantage of the PressurePro is that it records tire pressures and temperatures over time, and those readings can be downloaded to a PC in Excel format for examination and tracking.

I have a 2003 CC Allure.  There is a plug on the left side of the cockpit, under the trans indicator.  Is that where I would plug a silver leaf into?  How hard is it to install one of them on my coach?

If you take the sensors off when you are parked for an extended period the batteries will go much longer. Mine are all coming up on 9 years.
