Fantastic Fan Harmonics

Our fans are old. We seem to always have some sort of sound from the fans when they are running. Much louder at medium to high speed settings.

Also, the opening and closing of the vent covers seems to be very noisy, especially in the middle of the night.

Does anyone have nice quiet Fantastic Fans? If so, I would buy new fans.
