My first concern was safety. Stuck on a highway with a 36' RV & a tow car came first. Second I called Ford they couldn't take my RV.
Third Chase Bank should have protected me by going after the so called RV repair shop. They have a process if the work is substandard they are supposed to take the funds from the merchants account and take the charge off our account. But because we were over 100 miles away they didn't. A poor excuse for Chase Bank and their credit card holders don't know this.
