It is my understanding that their service is like what you obtain at rallies -- free service and you pay for the parts.

Service might also be limited to what your RV Park allows.

Also, they will actually not be available from mid-December through January 1st.

Wonder how they picked the lucky service techs that get to pull this job and get away from rainy Oregon.

Coach is performing very well. Replaced dining table with a very nice full size built-in desk with pullout dining table. Personally added tile to entry landing. Had a flood because the washer drain hose extended into the trap -- CC paid me full expenses of $570 to dry out coach. Added Datastorm last April, and it is working very well. Had minor cold coolant leak which was resolved by tightening hose clamps. Keeping PacBrake lubed yearly. About 25,000K miles now. MPG running 7.8 to 8.8 depending upon winds and hills. Slight leak on A/C line near compressor. CC will service while down here in Palm Springs, but will need to go to dealer to have re-charged after they discharge the lines. Pulling 2002 Honda CRV. Changed from a DirecTV receiver to a DirecTV TIVO receiver -- love it. Now retired from Hewlett-Packard (and previously IBM), but wife & I are workamping at Emerald Desert Golf & RV Resort near Palm Springs CA for five months (which started one week after we completed our 2 month, 5000 mile, trip that included Yellowstone, Black Hills, 12 days in Branson, the Albuquerque Int'l Balloon Fiesta, and much more). If you are ever in Kansas City MO, make sure you see the "Steamboat Arabia" museum - extremely facinating.

Remember folks: If the moon is in the right phase, the stars are aligned just right, and four or five other variables are just right, there is a chance you could flood your coach if the washer drain hose was installed with it's tip pushed all the way down the riser into the trap. Check it out to play it safe. It has happened to more than one coach. See late Sept 2004 post for details.

E-mailed Chris Snyder and Larry Sherwood, the factory will have techs in the Indio area and all appointments will be made through the factory. Owners should have a list of questions ready at time of phone call. TWI 11731.2004 Intrigue.
