We do have a condensation problem at times on the windshield. Because of this, the front drapes were stained with water, and looked dirty. Dry cleaning (which the guy warned me would not remove water stains) was a waste of money. After reading a post on this board, I took a chance and washed them in a washing machine with cold water, dried them on low, and hung them again while slightly damp (no ironing), pulled on the pleats, and let hang to dry. I had decided it was either this would work or we would order new ones. It took out 98% of the stains, and the rest may have been something else. If they shrunk any, we didn't notice it.

Great ideas on removing the water stains. Any special detergent or other cleaner used in wash?
