What a night!

Yahoo Message Number: 15449
We had our coach at Beaudry RV Monday and today to get the C-13 cooling bulletin done. We picked up the coach at 4:30pm and headed for our campgound (Cactus Country in Tucson). As I exited the freeway I noticed a cloud of pink behind the coach and moments later the steering became really stiff. We pulled onto the offramp and found a (sort of) wide spot in the freeway. I called Mark Robbins our service advisor at Beaudry and he said he would be right there.
He arrived about 20 minutes later with a Beaudry tech and a Country Coach tech (CC has a couple of techs on site at Beaudry to help with the C-13 upgrades). It only took them a couple of minutes to determine that the high pressure hose from the hydraulic pump to the engine cooling fan had sprung a leak. It was nothing that the service techs had done during the install, the crimp on the hydraulic hose was bad from the manufacturer. They called back to Beaudry and Glen (Mark's supervisor) searched out a new hose in another upgrade kit and arrived an hour later with the new hose, tools, and hydraulic fluid. The two techs crawled under our coach and installed the new hose. We're back at the Beaudry RV park and tomorrow we'll take the coach over to service so they can verify that everything is ok. It was great that they cared enough to fix the problem and didn't just leave us on the road to wait for a tow truck. My hat is off to the crew at Beaudry and the CC techs assigned there.

For the life of me, I can't remember to add the signature to my posts. Anyone know an easy way to do this on Yahoo? Most other forums let you do this as part of the profile. Am I missing something?
